Bosnia and Herzegovina will be without Tarik Muharemovic for the important UEFA Nations League away match against Sweden on 14 November.
The Leeds United defender received a yellow card in the 76th minute of Bosnia and Herzegovina's 1-0 win over Poland. There was confusion during the television broadcast because the on-screen graphic showed Nikola Katic as the booked player.
UEFA recorded the card for Muharemovic
UEFA's official match record lists Muharemovic as the player who received the caution. It was his second yellow card of the current Nations League campaign, meaning he is suspended for the next match.
Head coach Sergej Barbarez will therefore have to find another solution in central defence for the away match against Sweden, scheduled for 14 November at 20:45.
