Tarik Muharemović has scored for Leeds United against FC Augsburg as the Bosnia and Herzegovina international continues an impressive end to his first pre-season with the club.

Muharemović found the net in the 19th minute at Elland Road to put Leeds 2-0 ahead in their final friendly of the summer. At the time of publication, Daniel Farke's side lead Augsburg 3-0 following a dominant opening half-hour.

Leeds made a perfect start to the afternoon, with Anton Stach opening the scoring after just two minutes.

Muharemović then added the second in the 19th minute, giving the home supporters another reason to celebrate and registering a memorable goal during the closing stages of pre-season.

Leeds continued to apply pressure and added a third goal in the 28th minute, putting themselves in complete control of the friendly before the half-hour mark.

The goal is another significant moment for Muharemović, who was once again selected in the starting XI after also starting the recent friendly against Manchester United in Dublin.
